We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food production and service. This role is essential in creating a vibrant atmosphere that enhances our guests' experience.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality control. Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, customer service, and operational procedures. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between the bar and kitchen. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Assist in budgeting and financial management related to bar operations.

Experience



Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Experience in managing food production processes is advantageous. Familiarity with bar equipment and beverage preparation methods. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective team management and customer interaction.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-15.50 per hour
