Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Assist in cooking and food preparation, maintaining quality standards and presentation. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for weekend operations. Provide training and support to team members, promoting a collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement new menu items or special events.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel environment. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous. Excellent team management abilities, fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide staff effectively. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
