Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of our busy sports club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the team towards excellence.

Duties:
- Manage overall bar operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for food production and preparation to complement the bar offerings
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bar area
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of bar management best practices
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team management and supervising staff within a restaurant setting

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
