We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily bar activities, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and production. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and adhere to company standards.
Maintain Social media, promoting upcoming events
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment.
Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant setting.
Excellent team management abilities, fostering collaboration among staff members.
Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
