Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our management team to oversee the daily operations of our bar, functions & food operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a vibrant and welcoming environment. we operate multiple functions across weekend periods so weekends can be exceptionally busy. You will also have the ability to supervise a team effectively while maintaining high standards right across the food & bar operation . .

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health standards. Develop and implement innovative drink menus while also overseeing food preparation when necessary. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Maintain financial records related to bar operations, including sales reports and budgeting. Be flexible & adaptable working as part of our management team

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management or similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills & team player with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food preparation and production processes is essential; experience as a cook is advantageous. Familiarity but training will be given for food safety regulations and best practices in a bar & function room setting. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay: 12.70-12.95 per hour
