Full time managerial working position, supervising all aspects of bar service and food floor service, including cash reconciliation, rota planning ordering and cellar work.
Duties
Supervise and work with bar staff
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, complying with health and safety regulations.
Creating a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar and restaurant setting.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in bar & food service is essential.
Barista experience is considered a plus but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
