Bar Supervisor / Social Media Coordinator

Hours: 30+ hours per week

Pay: 13.21 per hour, with opportunities to earn more

Location: Theydon Bois, Essex

About Us: Theydon Bois Golf Club is a friendly, members-focused club with 475 members. We're looking to enhance our clubhouse service and amenities and are seeking a passionate, organised individual to join our team as a Bar Supervisor / Social Media Coordinator.

You'll work closely alongside the Clubhouse Manager to help drive excellent service and engagement.Hours & Working Pattern

Winter months: Open 11am - 5pm Summer months: Open 11am - 9pm Events: External events such as birthday parties and engagement celebrations, with finishes up to 1am Shifts include weekdays and weekends
Key Responsibilities

Supervising the bar and day-to-day clubhouse operations Organising and overseeing staff Cashing up and ensuring accurate takings Beer line cleaning Ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse Keeping the bar and communal areas tidy and welcoming Managing the club's Instagram account Creating and posting content for the bar and catering (daily/weekly) Advertising upcoming events and promotions
What We're Looking For

Supervisor experience required (hospitality preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Highly organised with good attention to detail Passion for hospitality and customer service Confident using social media
