PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:



To deliver excellent standards of service that exceed the customer expectation To promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression

To resolve any issues in a positive and professional way To ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures and to provide timely feedback to management on how the policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience To attend training and team meetings as required To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures and standards to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company

To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
