We're looking for an experienced
Bar Tender
to join our vibrant team for the season. If you're passionate about delivering great service in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working by the sea, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in line with company standards.
Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of patrons, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Ensure all drink orders are processed quickly and efficiently, even during busy periods.
Handle cash and card payments accurately, providing change as needed and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
Assist with stock management, including restocking and reporting low stock levels.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the team to ensure smooth operation during busy shifts.
Support in the upkeep of the pub's high standards, cleanliness, and customer experience.
About You:
At least 1 year of experience as a bar tender, ideally in a busy, customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak times.
A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality.
Experience with handling payments and knowledge of basic cocktail recipes.
Willingness to take initiative and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Flexibility with hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
