We are currently recruiting full-time bartenders.

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide excellent guest experience.

You need to be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for our hotel and restaurant guests Ability to use a POS system Previous experience in a similar role is preferable Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and skills

Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean on a daily and weekly basis
The ideal candidates will need to be smart with a friendly yet professional personality and willing to be a great team player

Strong communication skills, enthusiastic personality and a flexible attitude to changing priorities Attention to detail along with great organizational skills is essential for these roles
11.55 per hour - plus a share of the monthly service charge. Full and part time roles available.

We can offer flexible schedules - but you do need to be fully flexible around our opening hours which span across breakfast, lunch and dinner service 7 days a week.
