Job Description
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented
bartender/server
with a passion for great drinks and even better customer service to join our friendly team atPergola Wine & Cocktail Bar
in East Kilbride.What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar cocktail-focused bar or restaurant. A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts - we're open 7 days a week: Mon-Tue: 9am - 4pm Wed-Sun: 9am - midnight
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Preparing and serving cocktails with flair, precision, and creativity. Preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks. Handling cash and operating the till accurately. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment. Assisting with table service and supporting the wider team when required.
