We are looking for

Bar Backs

to join our

weekend

team helping support the running of the bars at The Guild Chester on Friday and Saturday evenings. Over time is available during events, bank holidays, race days. The perfect role for students and anyone looking for extra work!

Open from Thursday to Sunday with Dj's in the Main Hall bar every Friday & Saturday until 1am

The pace is fast and fun! Working in a large venue with a capacity of up to 350 guests you must be able to work under pressure and be passionate about your work.

A successful applicant will:

Provide support to the entire bar team as a bar back Establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the team Monitor and regularly replenish all stock, ensuring bartenders have the supplies to make drinks & serve customers Prepare garnish Collect glasses and load glasses into the glass wash machine Maintain the cellar to a high standard Set up and close down at every shift adhering to health and safety policies Keep a tidy area Ensure the bar area and venue is kept clean Adhere to company policies Attend occasional training sessions Work Friday & Saturdays until 2am
