to join our dynamic

Alligator Bar

team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the hospitality industry, support a fast-paced bar team, and work in one of London's most exciting venues.


We are looking for a barback available to work 4 to 5 shifts per week, and work late night shifts until 3 AM.

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to support bartenders during service Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential Fast, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure A team player with great communication skills Comfortable working late-night shifts in a high-energy environment Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn

What You'll Do

Restock and organise the bar during service Keep bar areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained Support bartenders with glassware, ice, garnishes, and ingredients Help set up and close down the bar before and after service Ensure smooth bar operations and contribute to great guest experiences
