Job Summary:

We're seeking a hardworking and dependable

Barback

to support our bar team and ensure smooth, efficient service. Key responsibilities include:

Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Wash and restock glassware and bar tools Replenish alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies Collect used glassware from the floor and tables Keep bathrooms clean, stocked, and conduct regular checks Clean up spillages, broken glass, and maintain overall floor cleanliness Assist with bar setup before service and breakdown after closing Monitor inventory levels and report low stock Work closely with the bar team during busy shifts Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and kegs and stand for extended periods.
