We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team in a bustling hospitality environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn the ins and outs of bartending. Availability to work late nights is essential.

Duties

Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Help with food preparation when required, ensuring all items are ready for service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly and attentive service. Assist in maintaining health and safety standards within the bar area.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation and basic bartending skills is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively help both guests and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour
