We're Hiring a Front of House Supervisor!

We're looking for a switched-on, people-loving Front of House Manager to lead service from the front with warmth, energy, and style. You'll be the face of Wild Goose -- setting the tone, shaping the vibe, and ensuring every guest feels welcome, seen, and keen to return.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams and even stronger customer experiences. You'll help us open our doors right, train a new crew from scratch, and play a key role in defining how we run things -- from service flow to shift culture.

What You'll Do

Lead daily front-of-house operations with energy and efficiency Set the standard for warm, confident, and genuinely engaging service Hire, train, schedule, and support a high-performing FOH team Collaborate on systems, service style, and opening/closing procedures Monitor floor performance, guest feedback, and team wellbeing Work closely with the Kitchen Team, Management team, and bar team to keep things seamless Handle bookings, complaints, and day-to-day troubleshooting with calm confidence
What We're Looking For

2+ years in a hospitality leadership role (Supervisor or above) A natural host with strong communication and customer service skills Cool under pressure with an eye for detail and flow Confident team development, and basic reporting A genuine love for food, people, and creating memorable moments A hands-on leader ready to shape a new space and culture from the ground up
