Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our clubhouse team. As a crucial part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve a combination of serving, food and beverages and guest services, all while maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met Serve food and beverages in accordance with our service standards Assist in food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between front and back of house Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience in serving or culinary roles is an advantage Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A team player who is willing to support colleagues as needed
