The RALEside Brewhouse opposite Blackpool North Train Station is quirky Cafe Bar, and independent Micropub . Having opened for 6 months we are a growing business in a great part of town that brew beers and IPA's, has an interactive darts Club and serves a full food menu . We have a very strong Barista Offering selling award winning roasted coffee to local business and commuters

We need 1 x FT or 2 PT baristas responsible for opening the business with the Kitchen Manager . There are at least 5 shifts a week to cover from 8am to 1.30pm including weekends . There are more shifts available if you have a genuine aptitude for Bar work, cocktails and later shifts . The more flexible the better.... but our immediate needs are an experienced responsible skilled Barista who loves customers. If you are not genuinely sociable this position isn't for you. If you think quiet periods are standing by the bar, spending it on your phone or smoking this isnt for you either. If you want to be part of a really interesting hospitality business and have great attitude and a genuine work ethic we'd love to hear from you.
