A look into the role
Henderson Food Service is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

The Purpose of the role:
This role will lead the digital transformation of Barista Bar's loyalty programme, Northern Ireland's leading coffee brand.
You will drive the strategic use of customer segmentation to enhance loyalty and support the ongoing development of the Barista Bar digital ecosystem including the mobile app, brochure site, and e-commerce platform.
As a key advocate for digital growth, you'll position digital as the core channel for customer acquisition and retention across our established NI and GB markets, while supporting the brand's expansion across Great Britain and beyond.
Based within the E-commerce Team and working closely with the Barista Bar Team, you'll play an integral role in aligning digital initiatives with the wider marketing objectives.
