Summary

We are seeking a Barista/Cafe Assistant to join our team at Artizan International. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to established standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and cafe areas. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks alongside our disabled trainee team Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Support disabled team members and volunteers in daily operations to create a positive cafe experience for all guests.

Requirements

Experience in food preparation or working in a cafe environment is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Barista experience in a busy environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order processing. A friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
