We are wellness brand operating in South Kensington & Mayfair and in process to open our 3rd site. We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic front of house staff to join our family business.

Additional positions for Assistant manager available upon recommendation.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our front of house team in creating signature wellness beverages and providing excellent customer service within our neighbourhood cafe's

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Assisting customers in choosing drinks with a wellness based knowledge
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment to brew beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the cafe, including equipment and work areas
- Handle card transactions and use a POS
- Uphold high levels of customer service by addressing customer needs promptly

Skills:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and help customers with menu choices
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques for beverages and light snacks
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure safe handling of food and drinks - Level 1 preferred
