Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of drinks, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A genuine passion for coffee and customer service will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
