We are Spicer+Cole, a small group of independent cafes in the heart of Bristol. We are currently seeking a full time Barista to join the team in our Clifton Village cafe.

We serve the best artisan coffee and loose-leaf tea, together with super-fresh seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchens each day. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, all made by people who care.

We work with local coffee roasters 'Extract' for our house espressos - Extract Original for White Coffees & Strangelove single origin for black.

This is a full time position and we are ideally looking for someone who will thrive in a busy, buzzy environment, helping us consistently maintain our 5 star service! Ideally you will have gained some solid experience working in a similar, high quality coffee environment. We don't just want anyone, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail; someone who connects brilliantly with people - both your team and customers alike!

Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour
