We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team in Tinderbox Princes Square.

This position is Full Time therefore successful candidate would be required to be fully flexible.

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will enhance the overall experience of our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and serving. Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Willingness to learn Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work well in a team setting. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
