Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista,

preferably female

, to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service. Your enthusiasm for coffee and commitment to customer satisfaction will help foster a welcoming atmosphere in our cafe. You should be able to start this role as soon as possible, within this month preferably.

Ideally you should be living near NW7 1RP for a quick and reliable commute.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You should be able to perform latte art in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Experience

At least 5 years of previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to ensure compliance with health regulations.
