We are a fast-growing specialty tea and coffee brand with multiple cafe locations across the UK. We pride ourselves on great drinks, great food, and great service, delivered in a warm, welcoming environment. Our Watford cafe will bring our signature atmosphere to the high street, focusing on high-quality teas, specialty coffee, and a premium customer experience.

The Role

As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our customers. You'll be preparing high-quality coffee and tea beverages, supporting smooth daily operations, and contributing to a fun and positive store culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing high-quality coffee and tea drinks consistently Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Operating the coffee machine, grinders, and other equipment Assisting with food preparation and presentation Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cafe Supporting stock control and daily opening/closing routines Working as part of a small but motivated team

About You

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy and high standards to every shift.

You will ideally have:

Previous barista experience (required) A passion for coffee, tea, and great hospitality Excellent communication and customer-service skills The ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever needed

Hours

Full-time position. Availability across weekdays is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.27-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
