Responsibilities will include but not limited to

:

Provide consistent, high-quality customer service. Prepare our specialty coffee, other hot drinks and special cold drinks. Clean and maintain the coffee machine and equipment. Keep the area around the cafe clean and tidy. Working as a team and taking a leadership style role to ensure the smooth running of service. Greet customers and take their orders from the table Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and cakes. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change Strong time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
