to help lead our daily operations. You'll be working closely under an experienced Cafe Manager who brings deep knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to grow their leadership skills while learning from a true coffee expert.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Cafe Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing duties
Supervise and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and uphold quality standards for food and beverages
Assist in training new team members, especially in hospitality and workflow
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the manager
Step in to make drinks or handle customer concerns when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork
Qualifications:
Previous cafe or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong understanding of cafe service standards; coffee knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and people-management skills
Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
Willingness to learn from and collaborate with a skilled and coffee-savvy manager
