We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to ensure compliance with health regulations. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers.
