We're opening a brand new Seven Districts Coffee shop right on

The Colonnade in Sutton on Sea

, and we're looking for passionate, friendly

Baristas

to be part of the founding team.

This is more than just pulling shots - it's about creating an experience. We roast all our own specialty coffee, care deeply about quality, and want every customer to leave thinking, "Damn, that was good."

What you'll be doing:

Making consistently brilliant coffee with care and precision Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards. Delivering warm, genuine customer service - no scripts, just good vibes Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Learning our coffees, methods and ethos inside-out Keeping the space clean, tidy and prepped for service Supporting your teammates and having each other's backs Taking pride in everything you do - from the first espresso to the last mop
What we're looking for:

Barista experience is a bonus - but not essential Great attitude, reliable, and up for learning Passion for coffee and people Calm under pressure and confident with a queue Team player who takes pride in the little details
