The Role:

Craft Excellence:

Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks to perfection, showcasing your skill and passion.

Be the Face of Our Cafe:

Take customer orders with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome

Deliver Outstanding Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns with friendliness and professionalism

Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and coffee bar area, including restocking supplies as needed

Handle Transactions with Care:

Accurately manage cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision

Team Player:

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods

What we are looking for:

Specialty Coffee Enthusiast:

Previous experience in specialty coffee is a must

Hygiene Champion:

Familiarity with food safety regulations to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards

Attention to Detail:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

Team Player:

We want some who loves collaborating with team members and working in a team

Salary:

Salary is dependant on experience and contracted hours

Expected Hours:

24-40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday - Saturday shifts available Working hours are between 8am to 5:30pm (shifts may vary) Cafe opening hours are 9am - 4.30pm Occasional opportunity for overtime

We are a family run business with a passion for beautiful plants, stylish homeware and delicious coffee and food to offer an unforgettable experience to customers! With a fun-filled kid's play area, we have something special for the whole family to enjoy!
