A fantastic opportunity to work in a great fresh new environment in the heart of Lindley, Huddersfield. The Coffee Lounge is a speciality coffee shop serving only the finest coffee, tea, bakes and freshly cooked food all of which is locally sourced.
We are looking for experienced baristas & front of house to join our dynamic team who share a love for coffee and a desire to deliver great experiences to our customers, our community and to our people.
The ideal candidate must have the following :
Passion for Coffee
Highly motivated with high standards of detail
Great social and communication skills with fantastic customer service is essential
Experienced in serving coffee and create all important coffee art to the perfect coffee
Ensure that the front of house is always maintained to our high standards of cleanliness
We operate 7-Days a week so flexibility is a must and shift/rota patterns will vary dependent on the business requirements
Holidays & Auto Enrollment into a Workplace pension will be provided plus access to food/drink discounts
Monthly Tips distributed evenly with the team
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 8.00-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
