Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a friendly and efficient manner. All positions are paid, including internships, and are integral to creating a positive experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service Prepare and serve beverages, including barista-style coffee and specialised drinks Handle food service, including serving dishes and managing table settings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately Provide information about menu items and special offers to guests Assist with food preparation tasks as required during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure smooth flow of service during peak hours

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is desirable, particularly barista experience or serving roles Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash management Excellent organisational skills with strong time management abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly, approachable manner with strong communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
