Job Title: Barista

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes and standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is helpful
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
