Nom is a brand new hot food takeaway specialising in smash burgers & Parmesans, and linked with delicious barista style coffee and hot drinks. This will be Nom's second location, one in Hartlepool and one in Stockton on Tees.

Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at Nom. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and support as they navigate our platform. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their orders and inquiries. Ensure a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Provide support to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order processing. A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
