Summary

We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-focused Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our team in the newly opened Glossop Market Hall. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent service, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance and service targets Craft consistently excellent coffees, from perfectly dialled-in espresso shots to silky flat whites. Deliver warm, friendly service and build great relationships with our guests. Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all food safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Experience in specialty coffee is ideal (but not essential, we'll provide full training). A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great service. Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to stay calm and upbeat during busy periods. A team player who's reliable, flexible, and eager to learn. Flexibility to work various shifts as required
