Queen's @ SE15 is a bold new cafe-bar-meets-social-hub in the heart of Peckham. We serve up Italian-inspired small plates, cocktails, curated wines, and late-night vibes with DJs and live music. The venue blends style with community, welcoming everyone from after-work drinkers to food lovers and weekend partygoers.

We're now looking for a passionate, hands-on

Senior Mixologist / Head Bartender

to lead the bar team and help shape our drinks identity.

What You'll Do

Lead the bar during service, setting the standard for speed, style, and exceptional customer experience Craft and serve drinks from our seasonal cocktail list, while also bringing creativity to specials and new ideas Support the Bar Manager with stock control, ordering, and GP management Train and mentor junior bartenders and barbacks -- sharing your knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails Engage with guests, build rapport, and help drive sales through storytelling and upselling Maintain a clean, well-organised and efficient bar, even when the venue's buzzing Be part of the vibe -- we're music-driven, so you'll be mixing drinks to soundtracks ranging from Italo disco to soulful house and live jazz

About You
