Machynys Resort is seeking

enthusiastic, professional, and experienced bar staff (must be 18 or over)

to join our vibrant team. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service from behind the bar, serving drinks with confidence, efficiency, and a friendly manner.

We're looking for individuals who thrive in a busy environment, have a strong background in bar service, and understand what it takes to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area Provide a warm, friendly service and engage positively with guests Uphold licensing laws and check customer identification when required Handle payments, operate the till, and process orders efficiently Work effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation at all times

What We're Looking For:

You must be aged 18 or over

(due to the sale of alcohol)

Previous bar experience is essential

Confident knowledge of drinks, including beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:

5 shifts out of 7 from Monday to Sunday Overtime available

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Experience:

Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
