We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the bar Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere Take orders accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies and report any shortages to management Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and current promotions Assist on the floor as needed, supporting the team with service, clearing tables, or attending to guests to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
Qualifications

Proven experience in a bartending role or similar position within the restaurant industry Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills Excellent time management abilities to ensure prompt service during busy periods Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage effectively with patrons
