We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability Develop and implement innovative drink and food menus that align with customer preferences Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to improve service quality Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production Exceptional hospitality skills, ensuring guests receive outstanding service at all times Previous experience in kitchen operations is advantageous Familiarity with barista duties is a plus, enhancing the overall beverage offering Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
