As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating delightful beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent hospitality and addressing their needs promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about new drink trends and techniques.

Pay: 12.44-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
