Job Summary
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Bartender to join our small team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and snacks, ensuring a clean and organised bar area.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions
Experience
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety practices is essential A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
