Job Overview

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistants to join our brasserie team in providing excellent service in a hospitality setting. We are looking for outgoing and charismatic bartenders/ servers to join our friendly team on a full and part-time basis.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to guests in the bar, lounge, and restaurant areas. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and Starbucks. Take and deliver food and drink orders efficiently and accurately. Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Support the F&B team with setup, restocking, and closing duties.

Experience

Previous experience as a

bartender, server, or barista

-- preferably in a hotel, bar, or restaurant setting. Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and beverage service standards. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every shift.
We have a variety of shift patterns such as 7am - 3pm, 12noon-9pm, 5pm - 10pm, 3pm -11pm to help with work life balance, commitments and experience, so please get in touch to see how we can work together.
