LT16 Lime Tree is our intimate small plates restaurant and cocktail hideout in the heart of Chepstow. We serve seasonal, flavour-packed dishes and pair them with a banging drinks list featuring classic cocktails, creative twists, and good wines. The vibe? Relaxed, stylish, and always welcoming.

We're looking for a bartender who knows how to shake, stir, pour and charm -- someone who takes pride in great drinks and even better service.

Your Role

As the face behind the bar, you'll create exceptional drinks and a memorable experience for every guest who pulls up a stool. You'll work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen team to keep the vibe flowing and the drinks ice-cold. If you love hospitality, have a sharp eye for detail, and know your way around a cocktail shaker, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Behind the Bar

Mix, shake, and serve our cocktail list with flair and confidence Suggest drinks, upsell like a pro, and chat with guests (without holding up service) Prep garnishes, syrups and bar stock before every shift Keep your station clean, organised and Instagram-worthy Take drinks orders and help with wine and table service when needed

Beyond the Basics

Bring ideas for new cocktails and seasonal specials Stay on top of trends - we love a fresh twist on a classic Support the team wherever needed - we're all hands on deck when it's busy Keep an eye on stock levels and waste - and restock like a ninja

Who You Are

Confident, quick and cool under pressure
Passionate about drinks, flavour and great hospitality
Friendly, chatty and naturally engaging - you make guests feel at home
Experienced in cocktail service and bar work
Reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed
