Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated cocktails mixologists Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Duties

Cocktail Creation:

Designing and crafting unique and classic cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.

Customer Interaction:

Interacting with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Bar Management:

Maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Training and Mentorship:

Providing guidance and training to junior bar staff on cocktail preparation techniques and customer service.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe alcohol service practices.

Menu Development:

Creating and developing new and exciting cocktail menus for bars, restaurants, or events

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing orders accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in bartending and beverage preparation is desirable. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
