Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly while maintaining excellent customer service. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations at all times. Manage cash transactions efficiently, handle payments accurately, and issue receipts as required. Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly and refuse service when necessary to ensure safety. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour, fostering a positive environment for both guests and colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar service is advantageous. Proven ability in serving guests efficiently with a friendly attitude. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong organisational skills with good time management to handle busy periods effectively. Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
