We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar environment.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with local regulations.
Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Uphold food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices at all times.
Skills
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Effective time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
