, helping deliver a premium experience for every visitor.This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining service areas, and providing excellent customer care in our lounge and cinema spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service across our drinks and lounge areas. Prepare and serve a variety of refreshments to guests. Maintain clean, well-organised workstations and service areas. Support setup and close-down procedures. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
Experience in a customer-facing or drinks service environment preferred. Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to guest care. Able to work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team. Flexible for evening and weekend shifts.
