Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service while creating memorable, engaging experiences for guests.


Work closely with the FOH, Kitchen & Sales teams to ensure a top-notch customer journey from start to finish


Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, confidently explaining drinks, cocktails, and ingredients.


Prepare cocktails and beverages to company specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and minimal wastage.


Keep the bar well-organised and fully stocked, completing opening/closing duties, cleaning tasks, and glassware preparation.


Uphold all hygiene, licensing, and weights & measures regulations, following company and legal standards.


Operate the till, process payments accurately, and handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.


Communicate stock shortages, support bar prep, and work efficiently under pressure during busy service.


Represent the brand with a well-presented appearance and participate in training, briefings, and departmental meetings.
