Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills for tab calculations. . Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your understanding of the hospitality industry. . Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and create a positive atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
